What's the difference between 13×4 and 13×6 lace front?
The numbers refer to the size of the lace panel. 13×6 gives you 6 inches of parting space, meaning a deeper part and more styling flexibility. 13×4 is the classic option — great for everyday styles. If you like to switch your part or create off-center looks, go for 13×6.
Do I need glue to install a lace front wig?
Our Wear & Go and Glueless styles need zero glue — just adjust the straps, snap the combs, and go. Standard lace fronts can be worn glue-free too with our elastic band method (how-to video included with every order).
Can I dye or bleach a Vinisay wig?
Yes — all our wigs are 100% human hair and can be colored. We recommend going darker (not lighter) for the healthiest result. If you're bleaching to platinum, we suggest professional help. Colored wigs (Honey Blonde, Burgundy, Highlight) have already been processed — over-processing can cause damage.
Which length should I order?
Hair length is measured straight, not curled. If you want wavy or curly hair that hits your shoulders, size up — curls shrink! For straight styles, the length you order is what you get. When in doubt, 18"–22" is the sweet spot for most women.
How fast will my order arrive?
Standard shipping: 5–8 business days. Express: 2–3 business days. All orders are processed within 24 hours. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships. We ship from both US and international warehouses.
What is your return policy?
30-day hassle-free returns on unworn items in original packaging. If your wig arrived damaged or different from what you ordered, we cover return shipping. Worn wigs are not eligible for return (for hygiene reasons) — but we'll always work something out if there's a quality issue.
